Just use the same seasonings, but put them all into the pan when you sauté the peppers. They are delicious! I usually serve them with some refried beans and tortilla chips on the side. Light Sabers--melt white choco...I got one for you. Light Sabers--melt white chocolate in a double boiler or in microwavable bowl (I like the double boiler because it will stay continuously hot). Once melted, mix in food coloring in the shade you wish (green, blue, red, or you can go Mace purple). Dip pretzel rods ( like sniders brand) and cover with the chocolate, but make sure to leave a little pretzel at the top to be your handle. Place sabers on wax paper lined baking sheet and place to the side until cooled completely (or place in freezer for a couple minutes). I always feel comforta...I love the Garage so much! I always feel comfortable there & they have made it to where the sound is absorbed rather than bouncing around. I have sensory issues and many times find it difficult to dine out, but the Garage, despite having multiple TV's and music overhead, does not bother me. I only felt overloaded once and that was on a night that they were having a Thunder party. If you check their Facebook, they will let you know if anything is happening that night.
